Cancellations, returns and exchanges


  • Please email us with your order number to cancel before it is shipped.
  • A 25% restocking fee is applicable for cancellation of special orders (customized or pre-orders)

Returns & exchanges

  • If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your undamaged order within 7 calendar days from the time you receive your item for a refund. A 25% open box fee will be assessed on any opened unit (per unit).The order must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
  • Please email us within 3 days of order receipt, and return your items for a refund of the value of the item only, or an exchange for the same item in a different size, based on stock availability.
  • Return & re-delivery cost will be borne by customer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you wish to return your item for an alternative product, additional payment to make up for the price difference is applicable.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
  • If you are shipping an item over $80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Faulty goods

  • Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
  • If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
